Where Are Items Shipped From?

Rayora Light operates registered companies and warehouses across Hong Kong, the United States, Vietnam, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
If an item is temporarily out of stock in a specific location, we will ship directly from our factory to ensure timely delivery.


Order Cancellation While In Transit

Once an order has been shipped and is with our logistics partners, it cannot be canceled.

Reason:
Orders are immediately transferred to freight carriers.

  • Standard shipping uses sea freight containers that cannot be accessed.

  • Expedited shipping uses air cargo that cannot be retrieved.

Standard Shipping

  • Free, door-to-door delivery.

  • Shipped via ocean freight + local courier (typically UPS).

  • Delivery time: 4–6 weeks.

  • No additional fees for standard shipping to supported regions.

  • Some items (large chandeliers/custom items) may require additional production time.

Note:
Due to current U.S. import tariff policies, shipping fees may apply for items exported to the United States. Final fees appear at checkout.

Not available:
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


Fast / Expedited Shipping

  • Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.

  • Express courier services: EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • In some cases, delivery may be as fast as 7–10 business days.

  • Customs duties are not included. Buyers are responsible for import taxes.

If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will:

  1. Notify you

  2. Cancel the order

  3. Provide a full refund

We ship to most countries worldwide, including:
United States, UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Greece, Spain, Australia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more.


Import Taxes & VAT

Import duties, taxes, and VAT vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Most shipments pass customs without extra fees, but this cannot be guaranteed.


Incorrect Address / Address Changes

Please ensure your address is accurate when ordering.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to the wrong address

  • Missing or lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Extra courier fees for address changes

If an address correction is needed after shipping, the courier charges additional fees.
These fees must be paid by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, & Misdelivered Packages

  • If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot find it, wait 24 hours.

  • If still missing, you must request a trace with the courier (UPS/EMS) within 7 days.

  • If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a new replacement at no cost.

Packages returned to us due to delivery failure can be resent, but reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.


Failure to Receive Delivery

If the courier cannot obtain a signature or cannot deliver to your address:

  • The package may be returned to us.

  • Redelivery costs must be covered by the customer.

  • If you choose a refund instead, a 30% restocking fee applies.


Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to:

  • Afghanistan, Iraq, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Uzbekistan

  • All African countries

  • All South American countries

  • Remote Pacific islands
    …and other restricted regions.
